Fun Facts about me
Here are some fun facts about The Local Honey {also known as Gabby, babe, mama, mommy & mom}:
I always wanted a daughter. Then I had two boys. I “knew” both pregnancies that I was having a boy and I am so in love.
Firefighter turn-outs are HOT! I think this because I am married to a HOT firefighter.
I have a whole new appreciation for my body after having kids. What an accomplishment to grow a baby!
Sometimes I eat chips and salsa – as a meal.
Being organized makes me feel sane, as much as being disorganized makes me feel insane 
I believe girlfriends are the cheapest therapy.
I always say I want to run but I really don’t so I just keep on walking.
I tried not drinking for a month. I made it 1 1/2 weeks and decided I missed a lovely social cocktail.
Fall is my favorite season EVER. Nothing compares.
I love my Canon Rebel XT and feel fiercely protective over it. Just ask my hubby.
I’d love to become a better photographer.
HGTV and Food Network are two of my favorite ways to unwind.
That being said, HGTV inspires me which is sometimes dangerous {because it can be expensive to decorate}!
I have painted my guest bathroom 4 times in 6 years. I blame HGTV.
My favorite fruit is an apple. I am picky about other fruits because they are sometimes “squishy”.
I love pedicures. Having pretty toes is like my version of lipstick, I don’t feel complete without a coat of polish!
I read Twilight and became a “Twihard” even though I never saw that happening. I think Edward was the right choice but I personally love Jacob.
I love meeting people and hearing their stories.
Shopping {even window shopping} is therapeutic for me.
I loathe snakes.
Cooking makes me happy. Having people enjoy my cooking makes me even happier!
I love baking. I try to make sure that there is always something in the cookie jar for my family to enjoy.
My siblings are some of my very best friends and I feel blessed to be able to say that.
Creating and writing this blog has been so fun ~ excited to see where the journey takes me!
