DIY Fall Wreath

Yes, I do love wreaths. You probably noticed though uh? I saw a version of this on Etsy using only burlap but it had sold. I knew I could whip up my own version. I used a wreath form that cost $1. Of course when I wanted more, the Dollar Store stopped carrying them. Boo! Anyway, a wreath form plus lots of scraps {fabric and burlap} as well as a couple of cute Fall accessories and voila, a fabulous new wreath that is perfect for the Fall season.

It’s pretty easy, cut lots of strips {size depends on how thick your wreath is}. I typically cut a sample size and then use that as my guide to cut several strips. Then tie them around the wreath, around and around and around. You get the idea. I do a double tie so that it stays tied. This is a great way to use of fabric scraps from previous projects and of course you can do this for any occasion.

I have actually made these from tulle as well and they are fun and super easy. They have become my nighttime project for when I am catching up on shows.

I’ve linked up to the below linky parties:

    • I’m glad you liked it. I am a bit addicted now. You should make one — If I had girls, I would use them for decor for sure but I have boys. Wild boys!! 😉 Happy Monday to you!!
