Visions of Master Bedrooms

I am slightly obsessed with decorating but I have a new goal. I must decorate with money I make selling something old. Hence my day of listing things on EBAY and Craigslist. I am on a mission to do a few things around the house. Master bedroom redo is not on the list as my bedding is fairly new and getting new furniture is just not in the cards. However, I have stumbled upon some of the prettiest bedrooms lately and I wanted to share them with you!

I fell in ‘love’ with this handmade headboard over at HouseTweaking.

How how I love this bedroom from a long ago line at one of my favorite stores on Earth. Anthropologie makes me drool just a little!

This is actually a “grown up girls room” over at Centsational Girl but I think it would work beautifully as a master. Isn’t it pretty?

My go to for so much inspiration — Pottery Barn! I get excited when a new PB catalog shows up in my mail box. This bedroom just has a very natural feel and I love it.

Another fun Pottery Barn find. I am a quilt girl. For two reasons actually. 1) I just really love them and 2) they seem to fit my Ca King bed better then duvet covers which seem to be shorter cause they are well, fluffier :) I love this happy blue and yellow combo.

This spicy little ensemble is over at Crate & Barrel. It is a little more modern then what I would want in my own room but I do like how sleek and clean the lines are.

So there you have it, a few master bedrooms that I wouldn’t mind having yet can’t afford. Ha ha! It was fun “play shopping” though and even more fun to share with you!

Almost 1/2 way done with our master… took us over a year to do. Still have the “art” to do. I’ll share before and after pictures but we went from french country to spa modern and I adore it! It’s completely NOT my style until I went to some hotels and fell in love. Then we went to one near stanford and walked in and it’s literally my bedroom… colors/lines/style… amazing. Can’t go wrong with tan/cream, seablue and gold… add in a little crystal and some dark sconces…. done.
